Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is in an interesting part of the city. The hotel is a little tired but it’s bright and very clean so this helps . The security is good and you feel very safe. Breakfast is a good selection, not huge but they will make mostly anything fresh for you which is nice.

Noor, the concierge ensured some food item was arranged before I reach as I requested for it! Huge help as I was famished. And the guy who checked in me ensured in advance that I get the food as was promised; my checking in was very close to the kitchen closing time (approximately 15 mins prior) and I needed some food which wasn't available in the menu after kitchen closes. Thanks to you both and to the kitchen and the server to got the food; he was waiting at the door with my food. My Best to all including the elderly guy who helped me with my bag.

I opted for buffet breakfast for a day. The quality of food and staff service was really very good. They were quite helpful and polite in their conduct. On the last day of my stay I fell sick and needed some help that time front desk staff Noor and dining area staff Sruti both helped me and made me so comfortable even when I had already done my check out. Overall it was nice experience. This is my 3rd or 4th time to experience the hospitality of this hotel though Baroda was for the first time (have stayed in other locations of this hotel). And I have always felt so much of comfort and safety all the time. Thank you for serving so well.

Cleanings wonderful ,Staff courteous, very polite and clear approach, we have decided to keep our all guest in this hotel in future. Breakfast was good enough but parathas, poori bhaji taste was not good. 👨🍳should know how to prepare these items according to North indian food. Location is excellent. Thank you, Best regards, Mohan Singh

Showers were the best I’ve had since my stay in India. The beds were excellent, first time I have fallen asleep so fast.

The staff was very polite specially at the reception desk. Even the valet & security were very helpful and courteous. Situated very near to good food & good places to explore. And offer a very reasonable price for a very good comfortable experience! Highly recommended.
